Our remarkable team, made up of individuals with unique talents and perspectives, work together each and every day to deliver exceptional, successful projects and experiences for our clients across Western and Northern Canada through innovation and inspiration.Reporting to the Chief Estimator, the Intermediate Estimator is responsible for providing Estimating services to aid and support the Business Development, Operations and Estimating departments. The Intermediate Estimator will be part of the Estimating and Project team environments, and provide and coordinate full estimating services on various projects, and contract types. The Intermediate Estimator will be required to be able to work on Conceptual Budgets, Construction Management, Design-Build Proposals and Hard Tendered (Lump Sum) Estimates, including quantity takeoffs, unit pricing, and sub-contractor pricing.
