We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking an emerging Environmental Project Manager to oversee projects for private energy clients. You\xe2\x80\x99ll apply your technical experience in planning and permitting projects while championing safety, quality, and the well-being of your team.Based out of one of our office locations in Calgary, Edmonton, Burnaby or Victoria, in this full time position, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to contribute to support government and privately-owned infrastructure projects in all life stages of the projects from the early development stages all the way to post-construction environmental monitoring and operations. Working with our strong technical team and senior Project Managers, you will be responsible for meeting internal and external client objectives and project-specific internal financial goals. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology/ecology, or other closely related technical degree
  • Previous Project Management experience (budget preparation and tracking, schedule, task management, team management) on environmental projects within western Canada.
  • Previous experience working in environmental consulting in western Canada.
  • Knowledge of some provincial and federal environmental legislation and regulatory requirements associated with permitting and Environmental Assessments in Western Canada
  • Strong consideration for safety
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills suited to working with a variety of different teams.
  • Interest in inspiring and supporting the development of others through high quality delivery for our clients.
Ideally, You\xe2\x80\x99ll Also Have:
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, geology or other closely related technical degree
