Redwood Performance Group is assembling a proposal team for a federal contract with the Canada School of Public Service. We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Custom eLearning Programmer who meets strict government eligibility requirements. This posting is intended only for fully qualified candidates.

Mandatory language requirement You must be fully bilingual in English and French, with advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. This is required.

Role: Intermediate Custom eLearning Programmer

Mandatory education and experience College diploma in any field. At least 4 years of experience as a Custom eLearning Programmer as of January 16, 2026

Mandatory project experience At least 5 completed eLearning courses, each 1 to 2 hours in length, completed within the last 3 years Courses must involve web application programming using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Mandatory Brightspace experience. Strong Brightspace HTML editor experience is required. To be competitive for this role, you must have: At least 6 eLearning courses developed using the Brightspace HTML editor Courses completed within the last 2 years Moderate to high levels of interactivity Use of Brightspace templates, Creator+ interactive elements, and or custom code

Security requirement Reliability Status security clearance is required. Clearance may be completed after contract award.

Conflict of interest You must not be proposed by more than one vendor responding to this same federal solicitation.
