Your role is to create an atmosphere of rhythm, energy, and presence through movement-based practices.
What You'll Do
Lead
three high-intensity sessions
(e.g., dynamic movement, functional training, HIIT, jump-rope)
Lead
three medium/low-intensity sessions
(e.g., stretching, breathwork, mindful movement, restorative practices)
Assist group transitions and support overall session flow
Create a safe, relaxed, and energetic participant experience
Collaborate with the lead coach and coordination team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Physical Education, Movement Studies, or related fields (preferred)
Experience leading
both high-intensity and low-intensity practices
Strong group presence, attunement, and facilitation confidence
Provide a
recent 3-minute demonstration video
(simple phone recording is fine) showing your facilitation style -- one short high-intensity and one short low-intensity segment recommended
Compensation
CA$30.00 - CA$40.00 per hour (project-based package, approx. 20 hours per retreat)
