Baydo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to be part of our innovative design and construction team. In this role, you'll turn concepts into precise drawings and 3D models, helping bring residential projects to life. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects, learn new skills, and collaborate with a talented team.

What You'll Do:

Transform ideas into clear architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and SketchUp Prepare construction documents that meet BC building codes and industry standards Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure designs are accurate and buildable Organize and manage multiple projects, keeping timelines and deliverables on track Review and refine designs to ensure quality, functionality, and constructability

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, design, or related work Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation; Civil 3D experience is a plus Knowledge of BC building codes, LEED standards, and construction methods Familiarity with Development Permit (DP) and Building Permit (BP) processes Knowledge of wood, steel, and concrete construction; concrete tilt-up experience is an asset Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
