Colbourne & Kembel, Architects Inc. ("CKA") are accepting applications from talented and motivated INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGISTS to become an integral part of our team, with a unique opportunity to grow into a senior management position. The position will include managing production staff, coordinating consultants, producing architectural drawings in Revit, 3D modelling, specifications, and Tender/Construction Administration

Experience Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology Proficiency in REVIT in both designs and construction documents 3D modelling software expertise Solid understanding of building codes and regulations Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in design documentation Proven ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Minimum 5 years work experience in an architect's office Good working knowledge of the construction industry, including building materials, construction methods & standards specifications tender & construction administration Strong command of written and spoken English
Salary:

$65,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience and skills
