Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, along with coordination and analysis of other miscellaneous reporting. The successful candidate will also prepare information for budgets and external auditors.

Process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Prepare and Analyze monthly financial statements
Assist other departments with reviewing expenses
Preparation of weekly preliminaries
Reconcile general ledger and maintain balance sheet accounts
Prepare period-end journal entries
Prepare lease, depreciation, and other schedules for budget
Balance Accounts Receivable daily
Spot errors and react promptly if information is not accurate
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
Other duties/ projects as assigned
Education: University Degree with a Major in Accounting
Enrollment in the CPA program, or have obtained the CPA designation
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
Thorough knowledge of Accounting Principles
Strong Analytical Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a team environment
High focus on attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel software
