Interior Renovator

Towne Renovations is a small and unique renovation company that caters to our sister company, Towne & Countree Kitchens. We are looking for a new team member that is passionate about doing quality renovation work, giving excellent customer service and having some fun!

Work Environment:

Working indoors and outdoors of client's spaces Our working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
Skills and Experience:

Basic plumbing skills: connecting sinks and faucets, fridge water lines, tubs and showers - Nice to have Basic electrical skills, running low voltage wiring for under cabinet lighting Finishing carpentry skills, baseboards, casings, trim works Wainscotting -Nice to have Hanging interior doors

Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle

Must have strong communication skills Must have organization skills, to keep track of receipts and timesheets
What You'll Bring

Experience

- 3-5 yearsin interior residential renovations (cabinetry or kitchen knowledge is a bonus).

Skill Set

- Solid carpentry plus working knowledge of basic plumbing and low-voltage electrical. (Tiling and brick laying is a bonus)

Tools & Wheels

- Your own hand and power tools suitable for finishing work, and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Professionalism

- Clear spoken and written English, punctuality, and respect for occupied homes.

Organisation

- Ability to document materials, receipts, and time accurately without reminders.
Preferences:

3-5 years interior renovation experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, full benefits after 90 days, annual 2 weeks paid vacation

Pay: $31-$35.50 per hour
