Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter or someone eager to learn to work part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential painting, with a strong understanding of various painting techniques. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects. A commitment to customer service and attention to detail is essential.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes and rollers. Restore and maintain surfaces by repairing drywall and other materials prior to painting. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential painting is preferred. Familiarity with drywall repair techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Working at heights training is preferred or willing to obtain upon hire. Construction setting experience is a plus.
