Job Summary:

Phoenix Restorations is seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals with experience in drywall installation, texturing, painting, and finish carpentry. This multi-skilled role is responsible for preparing interior surfaces, applying finishes, and installing woodwork to ensure high-quality, professional results in residential and commercial restoration projects..

Key Responsibilities:Drywalling:

Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to fit wall and ceiling spaces. Secure drywall panels using nails, screws, or adhesives. Tape, mud, and sand seams, joints, and corners to create smooth, even surfaces. Repair damaged drywall or plaster as needed.

Texture Application:

Apply various ceiling textures Use hand tools or spray equipment to create consistent and uniform finishes. Ensure texture matches existing patterns where necessary during repairs.

Painting:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as required. Apply paint, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns. Match colors and finishes to specifications and touch up any imperfections. Maintain clean work areas and equipment.

Finishing Carpentry:

Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and doors. Measure and cut wood or other materials with precision. Repair or replace damaged woodwork and ensure secure fittings. Ensure all installations meet aesthetic and structural standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, painting, and finish carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment. Physical stamina and ability to work in varying environments. Strong time management and organizational skills. Wallpaper application is an asset

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of workplace safety and PPE use.
