We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interior Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and a strong attention to detail. As a Interior Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality. This position requires physical stamina, proficiency in using power tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Duties

Perform drywall installation and finishing tasks to prepare surfaces for painting or other finishes. Execute construction painting duties, ensuring even coverage and high-quality results. Fabricate components as needed for various projects, including cabinetry and roofing elements. Operate CNC machines for precise cutting and shaping of materials. Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required throughout the workday. Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints, enhancing the durability of finished products. Assist with concrete forming tasks to create strong foundations for structures. Install cabinets and other fixtures according to project specifications. Utilize power tools safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in drywall installation, construction painting, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with fabrication processes and techniques is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Experience with caulking and concrete forming is a plus. Proficient in cabinet installation methods and practices. Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation is essential. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week
