Interior Decorator or Designer

We're a super unique store and we're in search of equally fabulous and upbeat individuals to join our Interior Designer and Decorator team!

Interested candidates that will be considered for this position

MUST

hold ...

? Accredited Interior Design or Decorator education or relevant experience required
? Excellent customer service standards and natural ability to build relationships
? A minimum of ONE years of SALES experience
? A keen interest in interior design and the home furnishings industry
? A proven ability to exceed sales targets
? A solution-focused perspective
? Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills
? A love of learning and self- development
? A positive outlook on life and a joy in being creative
? Flexibility to work weekends, day and evening shifts
? An interest in creating social media content (such as Instagram Reels and TikTok videos) to communicate design ideas with a potential audience is an asset
