Key Responsibilities

Consult:

Conduct in-home consultations to measure windows and guide clients through fabric, style, and motorization options.

Sell:

Prepare professional quotes and close deals by effectively communicating value and design aesthetics.

Grow:

Proactively build your client base through local community outreach, real estate networking, and lead generation.

Manage:

Maintain strong client relationships from the first meeting to the final installation.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience preferred (Home decor, renovation, or real estate background is an asset). Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin(Cantonese is a plus). Valid Ontario driver's license

required

for client visits. (Company Able to Supply A Car) Self-motivated with a keen eye for design and detail.

Compensation

Base Salary:

Competitive hourly rate (aligned with ON regulation).

Commission:

Generous tiered structure based on monthly volume.

Bonuses:

Additional cash rewards for orders over $5k and $10k.

Expected Earnings:

Average consultants earn

$55,000/year

$80,000 to $100,000
