Job Description

CW Design & Co. is a high-end residential design and build firm specializing in bespoke renovations and custom homes. Our work is rooted in timeless design, craftsmanship, and thoughtful interiors. As our design workload continues to grow, we are looking to add an experienced Interior Design Coordinator to support our Principal Designer and help execute cohesive, high-quality interiors across our projects.

This role is well suited for an Intermediate Interior Designer who enjoys execution, sourcing, and bringing a clear design vision to life within a collaborative design team.

Role Overview

The Interior Design Coordinator will work closely with our Principal Designer to carry design concepts through execution. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing, coordination, and organization, ensuring design decisions are cohesive, well documented, and aligned with the overall vision of each project.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Southern Ontario. Candidates must be comfortable working closely with the design and construction teams in an office and on site as required.

Responsibilities

Interpret design direction and aesthetic guidance from the Principal Designer Build and organize mood boards, reference imagery, and visual materials Source finishes, fixtures, lighting, hardware, furniture, and materials Research products, pricing, lead times, and availability Communicate with suppliers, showrooms, and trade partners Request samples and manage selection alternatives when required Maintain organized project folders, schedules, and selection records Support design presentations and client-facing materials Ensure design selections are clearly documented for the construction team Assist in keeping design timelines on track as projects progress
Qualifications

3 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design or a related role Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Interior Design Technology Strong visual eye and understanding of cohesive, timeless interiors Comfortable taking direction and executing within a defined design vision Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Confident communicating with suppliers and industry partners Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as InDesign, Studio, Canva, or similar Experience sourcing for high-end residential projects is an asset

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lynden, ON
