Key Responsibilities:
- Greet families, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain attendance records, enrollment files, and staff documentation.
- Assist with billing, payments, and receipt tracking.
- Schedule meetings, tours, and appointments.
- Support the Director with administrative and licensing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general organization.
Qualifications:- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in a childcare or educational setting (asset).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
