Position Summary

:

Community Enrichment Services is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management to individuals with a serious mental illness, including concurrent disorders. Service will be provided in a community-based program in which staff will assess each person's mental status, needs, and abilities to assist the individual in setting realistic goals for mental health recovery and developing a community care plan accordingly.

Qualifications

:

Candidates must possess a degree in social work, nursing, or occupational therapy. Experience working with individuals who have a serious mental illness, including concurrent disorders is required. Experience working with individuals with personality disorders is an asset. The ability to provide French-language services is an asset. Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Candidates must be registered in a professional college or association. Please quote competition CES0126

Pay: $62,606.00-$70,575.00 per year
