Our traffic management platform assists agencies in monitoring traffic conditions and responding to incidents, weather, and anything else that can impact the regular flow of their transportation network. Our solution facilitates event declaration and publication to the public, controls ITS infrastructure such as message signs and traffic detectors, and monitors traffic conditions and backups to provide awareness to agencies and motorists.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be involved in the entire development process, from concept to delivery, while sharing your insights with other members of the team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be an integral part of the product team, helping design new features and enhancements to improve our users experiences.
We\'re looking for an independent critical thinker with a passion for improving transportation through technology. Outside of that, we\'re flexible to adapt the role to your skills, interests, and experience. You\'ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced product team members for support and guidance, while retaining autonomy and direction over how you contribute to the team.

As part of our Programme and Project Management team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you\xe2\x80\x99ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.

Role accountabilities:

  • Configuring ITS devices in our ATMS, such as signs, cameras, weather stations, and traffic detectors
  • Understanding operations issues, working to understand user-reported issues to understand the underlying issue, and create a support ticket to track issue resolution
  • Troubleshooting device and system configuration issues in order to determine if the problem is in code, configuration, user input, or external software/hardware.
  • Working closely with the product operations and development teams to deliver quality software applications
  • Creating and revising user documentation
  • Providing systems support and troubleshooting for user issues
  • Analyzing operational data and developing reports to help our clients monitor and improve transportation system performance
Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of GIS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or other related fields
  • Experience working with/providing user-support of computer hardware and software systems
  • Ability to coordinate real time activities and initiate immediate priorities, for self and support staff
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel to other Canadian and US offices
