Job Summary:





The Platform Delivery Product Manager drives planning, coordination, and delivery across Intelisys's digital platforms, including MyIntelisys and Crosslink. This role ensures clear requirements, predictable release schedules, and strong collaboration across development, QA, UX, and operations teams. Partnering closely with customer-facing product managers, the position turns strategic goals into actionable plans and maintains consistent processes throughout the product lifecycle. By connecting strategy with execution, the Platform Delivery Product Manager helps deliver reliable, high-quality platform experiences at scale.




Responsibilities:




Product Planning & Delivery Management




Drives the product and business planning process across MyIntelisys and Crosslink platforms. Manages sprint planning, release coordination, and cross-team dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Translates strategic priorities into actionable, detailed product requirements for design, development, and QA. Oversees production timelines and aligns schedules across development, QA, UX, and internal operations. Establishes and maintains delivery standards, documentation templates, and planning frameworks that guide consistent execution across teams.

Requirements & Documentation




Develops and maintains comprehensive product requirement documents capturing technical, business, and user needs. Utilizes agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma to manage backlogs, documentation, and collaboration. Defines and tracks key delivery KPIs, including sprint velocity, requirement accuracy, and release predictability. Maintains consistent backlog hygiene, documentation quality, and reporting standards across all delivery tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration




Works closely with engineering, QA, UX, and operational teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with product goals. Partners with the Product Manager, Customer Experience to integrate partner feedback and synchronize product timelines. Provides transparent updates on progress, delivery risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and leadership.



Skills and qualifications




Required




2-3 years of experience in product management or product operations within a fast-paced software environment. Demonstrated success coordinating delivery schedules, managing cross-team dependencies, and maintaining requirement accuracy across multiple workstreams. Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships and align priorities across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint planning. Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders. Advanced writing and documentation abilities for translating complex requirements clearly and concisely. Working knowledge of software development concepts, system integrations, and QA workflows.

Preferred




Bachelor's degree in product design, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Certification in Agile or product management methodologies Experience working in SaaS or web development environments. Familiarity with API design, Postman, and cross-system integration. Proven track record coordinating multi-team delivery initiatives. Experience supporting portfolio or quarterly planning processes across multiple product streams. Experience in a channel-driven industry, backgrounds in the technology services or IT distribution channel is a strong plus.



Compensation:





Compensation Range: $78,000 - $90,000 CAD



Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
