Integrator / Operations Manager
to turn the vision into reality.
This is a
full-time employee role
. We work primarily with US clients, so your schedule will align with Eastern Time hours.

What You'll Do
------------------
Translate founder's vision into clear, actionable plans without needing every step spelled out.
Build & manage a roster of freelancers, vendors, and partners.
Implement operational systems that cut founder involvement in delivery by 50% in the first year.
Create and maintain an SOP library for recurring processes.
Track KPIs and report weekly to keep projects on time, on budget, and in scope.
Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and solve them.

Compensation & Details
---------------------------
Employee role
with base salary + performance bonuses.
Base salary:
$80,000 $90,000 a year depending on experience.
Performance bonus:
$6,000$12,000 / year based on hitting operational KPIs.
Full-time hours
with a 60-day integration period.
