Integrations Consultant

Vancouver, BC, CA, Canada

Job Description

Description

Permanent, remote position based in Vancouver (or broader BC region)
Play a pivotal role in shaping our North American integrations function as we expand our footprint across the region.
Work hands-on with APIs, logistics platforms and customer workflows to design, deliver and support high-value integrations that keep our customers moving.
Expected base salary range is $90-115k
CartonCloud is a SaaS company founded on the Gold Coast, Australia, now powering logistics operations across Australia, New Zealand, and North America. We build software that genuinely helps our customers run more efficiently, from fulfilment to transport, backed by a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and delivering meaningful outcomes.

As our North American presence accelerates, we're expanding our Integrations capability and are looking for an experienced Integrations Consultant based in Vancouver to help us build, deliver, and evolve how integrations come to life for customers in this region. This is a rare opportunity to join early, influence processes, and help define a best-in-class integrations function as our regional operations scale.

Our Role

Integrations are central to how customers extract the most value from CartonCloud, connecting WMS/TMS workflows with marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, transport providers, ERPs and operational tools.

This role will work closely with our Integrations Manager (based in Australia), collaborating with Integrations, Customer Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to design, build and support integrations into and out of the CartonCloud application.

Unlike roles focused on custom API development, this position is about solution engineering: scoping requirements, assessing feasibility, architecting workflows, configuring integration builds, and guiding customers through how their systems connect to CartonCloud. Many integrations in North America will be new builds requiring a strong communicator who can translate operational problems into technical solutions and confidently guide customers through greenfield connections.

You'll be joining as the first Integrations Consultant in the region, giving you the opportunity to influence how we shape processes, establish standards, and build a framework that supports our North American growth. You'll also be backed by our highly experienced ANZ integrations team, who have delivered thousands of custom integrations, working closely together as we continue to scale.

Your key skills will include:
Skilled in API and EDI integrations, with strong experience using JSON, FTP/SFTP and modern automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make);
Experience integrating WMS or TMS platforms with external systems, ideally ecommerce, marketplace or fulfilment platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.);
Ability to interpret APIs, write requirements, and design integration workflows (you won't be coding APIs, but you will be defining how they connect);
Strong understanding of logistics operations, with 5+ years in an integrations or operational role.

To be successful, we are looking for:

Exceptional communicator, able to translate technical concepts into simple language for operational teams and customers;
High comfort engaging directly with customers, gathering requirements, guiding solution design and managing expectations;
Thrives in an autonomous, remote environment and comfortable working across time zones;
A curious mindset, with a love for problem-solving, exploring new ideas and leveraging AI tools to streamline documentation and repeatable tasks.
If you're excited by...
Building scalable integrations that solve real customer problems
Working at the intersection of logistics, technology and customer operations
Being part of a humble, highly collaborative global team
And shaping the future of integrations for a rapidly growing market
...we'd love to hear from you.

Our Process
