The Integration Technologist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced AV, lighting, and interactive systems across various projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology into high-performance solutions. This role demands technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a proactive approach to supporting complex systems in dynamic environments. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Integration Technologist ensures projects are delivered to the highest technical standards while maintaining a focus on efficiency, reliability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed master project schedule for all phases of the project
Coordinate with department leads to gather inputs and update timelines based on evolving scope or constraints
Identify and track critical path items, interdependencies, and potential delays
Ensure schedule alignment across AV, lighting, media, and controls teams
Support scenario planning, what-if analysis, and reforecasting as project needs shift
Create clear, visually engaging schedule reports for internal and client-facing use
Monitor project progress and flag deviations or bottlenecks early
Support coordination of delivery timelines with procurement and installation teams
Ensure schedule updates are communicated regularly to all relevant stakeholders
Align schedules with financial milestones, invoice cycles, and change orders when applicable
Collaborate with the Data Controls Manager to ensure all timelines align with document control processes
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in AV and lighting system integration, preferably in themed attractions, live events, or interactive exhibits.
Strong understanding of control protocols such as DMX, sACN, ArtNet, and PTP, as well as networking standards.
Experience with programming and commissioning systems from manufacturers like Crestron, ETC, Pharos, and Q-SYS.
Familiarity with AV over IP systems, projection mapping, and multi-projector setups.
Proficiency in low-voltage wiring, network design, and system troubleshooting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
Certifications in AV or networking (e.g., CTS, CCNA, Q-SYS) are an asset.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ability to work non-standard hours to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $70,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
