Overview

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Integration Specialist to participate in the integration work to develop solution designs that align with organizational architecture standards.

Do you have integrations design and development experience with an Enterprise grade API Management platform such as MuleSoft? Do you have hands-on experience with design and configuration of Application Monitoring? Are you familiar with navigating a variety of technologies and concepts including Identity Management, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Cloud Computing, and Linux/Unix OS? Do you have an Agile mindset and comfortable with Agile ways of working?

The Integration Specialist will support integration platforms and will assist with the definition of integration solutions to support current and future business needs at WorkSafeBC. In this role you will be designing and implementing interfaces between hybrid and cloud-based systems.

At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work primarily from your B.C. home and occasionally in our Richmond office.

What you\'ll do

As an integration specialist you will:

• Participate in the integration work stream of DevOps and application in order to design and develop integration solutions that is able to satisfy current and future business requirements
• Be a technical consultant in projects for the design, modification, and implementation of application integration patterns
• Provide operational support and sustainment of integration technologies and platforms
• Participate in project reviews and production support reviews
• Identify areas where integration platforms could be used to enable IT movement to external IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

• Create various technical architecture artifacts or technical documentation

Your experience and educational background:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computing Science
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in information technology, supporting complex enterprise application integration systems with atleast two years of development experience with an Enterprise grade Integration platform. MuleSoft experience is a strong asset.
