About the Role

The Integration Services Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Configuration Issues related to Instruction Clarification, availability of Inventory and Technical or non-Technical Customer concerns. The incumbent is responsible for Status updates and ad hoc reports while managing complaints and coordinating actions and resolutions. The IS Coordinator also oversees ISO Compliance issues and concerns. Ensures SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are clearly communicated between configuration, sales and customers throughout the configuration process. Acting as the resident Liaison in Integration Services, the incumbent provides support to the Manager for Forecasting, ISO Compliance, SKU Creating, maintaining current Pricing for Configuration Projects and overflow within Order Management.

What You\'ll Do
A list of five to eight major activities, in descending order, of significance to the overall objective of the job. Indicate the approximate percentage of time spent on each activity on an annual basis.

Liaison between Configuration center, Sales and customers for all configuration related issues, including instruction clarification, availability of inventory and customer concerns.

Responsible for ISO Compliance, Internal and External Audits and Training.

Manages SLA and ETA between configuration, sales and customers including monitoring the flow of orders for receiving, staging, configuration and shipping \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides status updates as required

Provides ad hoc reports as requested

Manages complaints and coordinates action/resolutions

Works with configuration manager on Forecasting, ISO Compliance, SKU Creating, maintaining current Pricing for Configuration Projects and overflow within Order Management TOTALING 100%.

Experience and/or Education :

College Diploma or equivalent University Degree Specialties/Major Subjects: ISO Experience/ Training Certification Project Management

Type of work experience: General experience identifying PC and Server hardware Advanced experience with PC hardware and software

Years of experience: 3 years ISO experience Advanced Experience with Excel. Proficient with Word and Access Advanced Experience with MS Office

Other related experiences:

3 years Customer Service Experience

Additional skills:

Well organized, Proactive, Work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, multi-task, and work constructively under pressure.

Very good Time Management Skills Special Training Required:

Coordinates ISO Compliance and documentation of the Quality Management System

Report on Analysis and trends for Delivery Performance, Nonconformities, and Corrective Action Reports.

Coordinate stock receipt and reallocation

Coordinate inventory cycle counts and Return to stock items

Manage the CIS config order flow as per BTO system, prioritize orders and forward to Logistics for picking in a timely fashion.

Ensure accuracy of Routing sheet and supporting paper work

Review and Release the PM queue/BTO queue, order pre-entry planning on Sales order into the Config center for the completion of configuration work

Working Conditions:

Standing and/or walking in the same location .

Lifting or handling material of moderate weight up to 50LB.

Concentrated attention to multiple tasks .

Located in a comfortable indoor area

Exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, noise and fumes

Exposed to pressure from deadlines

Work is repetitious or unchanging
