What you\'ll doPerform set-up, calibration and testing, computer assembly, component insertion, and software installationResponsible for product hardware and software configuration workRefurbish product including repack, reimage, dissemble, reassemble, and clean productTest and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, monitor and computer related accessoriesAssist in developing test specifications from outlined written requirements or procedures, blueprints, drawings and diagramsComplete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testingPrepare technical reportsMay assist in the selection and set-up of specialized equipment and integration infostructure equipment such as serversAssist with customer sales and technical support when requiredProvide product specification, product configuration and details of service offerings to both internal associates and TD SYNNEX customers when required, review SOW (Statement of Work) to verify scope of workReview configuration work quality and report quality specs and performanceAssist with bench repair work (repair PC, laptop, tablet & LCD monitor)Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pmWhat we\'re looking for2+ year related experienceExperience with electronics and computer related product and peripheral equipmentAssembling computer and configuration of peripheral equipmentCollege/University or equivalent certifications in computer and network related area is requiredA+ certification is required.Knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP services, security fundamentals, automation, and programmabilityCisco networking Certifications is assetAbility to complete the required technical training certification in order to get authorized as Service/Product test providerPython coding is asset, be able to use Python or similar program language to handle projectProficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as Microsoft teams, SharePoint, one drive etc.Be able to design complex report using Power BI and ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and Google ZTEA working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or AzureUnderstand the distribution business structure and workflow, including integration solution, logistic, relationship with sales/customer etc.Ability to read, comprehend and implement test procedures from written documentationAbility to review test procedures and understand failure analysisKnowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systemMust be able to effectively work within a team environmentStrong communication skill in verbal and writing with customer and internal business partnerMeet be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and be able to stand for long periods of timeWhat\xe2\x80\x99s In It For You?
