Job Description


OVERVIEW

This newly created position is responsible for the implementation of iPaaS as one of the foundational elements of our North Star architecture, and therefore playing a critical role in our digital transformation. As a strong technical leader, you are responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving enterprise-level integrations and workflows between business systems, while ensuring both availability and security.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Lead the solution design and architecture to implement a leading iPaaS solution.
  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions using iPaaS.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, as well as solving for challenging issues with legacy platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and software developers to gather integration requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to integration flows, providing high-quality, responsive technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement data governance and security measures, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in iPaaS and integration technologies, continuously identifying opportunities for system improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Provide technical training and support to team members and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Manage the lifecycle of integration projects from conception to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Build, support and develop a team of integration engineers.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato or JitterBit).
  • Strong knowledge of API management, SOA, ESB, Web Services, and other integration concepts.
  • Proficient in data mapping and transformation, and experienced with multiple data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, etc.
  • Familiarity with a range of databases and programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex middleware solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.
