Job Overview
We are hiring a full-time Integrated Support Worker to join our team in Saskatoon. This role blends case management, court support, in-reach, housing navigation, and addiction systems support to help individuals navigate incarceration, reintegration, and community healing.
The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and comfortable working in both institutional and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-reach support at correctional and psychiatric institutions
Support release planning and community reintegration
Assist with housing, income assistance, and treatment applications
Accompany clients to court and assist with legal navigation
Liaise with legal and justice system partners
Maintain client records and contribute to data reporting
Collaborate with team members across programs and locations
Qualifications
Required:
Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in Social Work, Human Services, Addictions, or related field
Strong case management, advocacy, and communication skills
Knowledge of systemic issues such as criminalization, colonization, and trauma
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Preferred:
Experience supporting individuals in the justice or addictions systems
Lived experience with incarceration, addiction, or housing instability
Familiarity with HIFIS, Teams, and file management systems
Knowledge of Indigenous cultural practices
