We are seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Media Planner and Buyer who is passionate about advertising and grounded in digital media best practices. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to translate insights into effective multi-channel strategies.
Responsibilities:
Media Planning
Develop integrated media plans across digital, social, programmatic, search, and traditional channels.
Conduct audience, market, and competitive research to guide channel selection and strategic direction.
Build media recommendations aligned with client objectives, KPIs, and budget parameters.
Prepare and present media plans and rationale to internal teams and clients.
Media Buying
Execute media buying strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
Assist with campaign setup, budget allocation, pacing, and bid optimization.
Monitor and analyze performance, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-channel integration and programmatic opportunities.
Stay current with emerging media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Working knowledge of digital media buying platforms and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other digital platforms.
Experience with traditional media (TV, radio, out-of-home, etc.).
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
Experience with website analytics and conversion tracking.
Ability to set up and maintain campaign dashboards.
Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to translate insights into recommendations.
