ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our highly recognized national firm client is looking for an Intake and Conflicts Administrator to join their consistently growing team! Having offices spanning all over Canada, our client also specializes in multiple areas of law including Corporate, Real Estate, Employment, Indigenous, Health Law, and more.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, your responsibilities will be:

  • Performing conflict and new business conflict searches
  • Ensuring compliance with firm protocols when reviewing client intake requests
  • Maintaining client information and updating when necessary
  • Setting up confidentiality screens
  • Handling lateral onboarding for new staff
  • Reviewing engagement letters
  • Performing due diligence checks
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Between 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of law firm experience in an administrative capacity
  • Post-secondary education in Legal Studies is an asset
  • Ability to work on an \xe2\x80\x9con call\xe2\x80\x9d basis for certain designated weeks
  • Fluency in French and English are an asset
  • Proficiency in Intapp Open Conflicts and Intake and CMS Aderrant software
COMPENSATION
  • $50,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $64,000 (depending on experience)
  • Extended medical and dental coverage
  • RRSP matching program (after 1 year with the firm)

  • 3 weeks vacation
