Position Details

What you will do
Consult with business partners in Insurance to develop training programs and select the most effective and appropriate instructional methods/materials to reinforce the participants' learning and enhance knowledge retention.
Use your energetic attitude and engaging public speaking skills to present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Stay current on the insurance industry as well as abreast of training and development trends, activities and techniques to ensure that you stay current with the industry.
Who you are -
Having Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in pursuing Adult Education certification
Minimum 5 years' experience working in the insurance industry in the capacity of broker/agent/underwriter/claims adjuster
Minimum 5 years of experience in training development using different delivery modalities is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
Strong analytical skills
French language proficiency is an asset
This position is based in Thornhill, with travel required to offsite locations occasionally.
