Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust to the sell all of our products home, auto commercial and life and disability insurance with your life license which must be achieved. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Qualifications:
Property and Casualty license (OTL) or RIBO required
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
Self-motivated and driven for success in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate to customers
Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
Attention to detail.
Bilingual in English and any other language preferred
Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
Product/ sales experience (required).
University degree/ College diploma or a quick learner.
Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset
