Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate, world-class customer service Complete multiple line auto/home/financial service transactions Customer Service - responding to inquiries around insurance coverages, billing, problem solving, policy changes for the customer Support and develop Agency operations through client discussions and sales activities
Requirements:

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent communications skills, written and verbal Highly organized and motivated Sales experience is preferred Property & Casualty License (General Level 1) is preferred (must be willing to obtain) Second Language Preferred
