What You'll Do

Build and grow a book of business through incoming calls, proactive prospecting and lead generation. Provide expert advice and personalized insurance solutions for personal lines and small commercial clients. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to meet clients' evolving insurance needs. Develop strong, long-term relationships built on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service. Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and market changes to better serve clients.

What You Bring

A valid

RIBO license

in good standing. Minimum

2 years of proven success in a fast paced sales-focused insurance role

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- you enjoy connecting with people. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and closing business. Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment. Experience using Applied Systems and various company portals.
