Desjardins Insurance Agency in Burlington Ontario looking for an experienced insurance representative. OTL is required to provide service/sales for property, auto and commercial policies. A RIBO licence can be converted. Our office also provides a full line of life, critical illness and disability policies, which requires an LLQP licence, which can be obtained in the future if a successful candidate is interested. Our office has been offering Spanish speaking services for 15 years, so a candidate that is fluent in Spanish would assist with servicing these clients, while also offering additional product lines that we offer. A Spanish speaking representative would also be handling incoming calls from Spanish speaking individuals looking for quotes, and reach out to previous customers to quote them again. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has excellent telephone manner, can assess and assist our clients in a quick, professional and friendly manner. A person who can multi task and is 100% committed to providing the best service to our clients. Someone who is motivated to generate new business and be financially rewarded for new sales. A person who can identify a client need and takes the opportunity to offer additional products when a client doesn\'t have it or its with a different insurer. We strive to be the trusted advisors to our clients. With this, clients stay with our office and refer their friends to us. if you are a naturally likeable person, that people trust and listen too, a quick learner, can multi task, detail orientated and is motivated to be financially rewarded for your sales successes - then this is the right position for you. Any candidate who is interested but does not have any insurance licence, would need to obtain the OTL in order to start employment.
