We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Insurance Office Administrator

to join our Calgary office. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting the team, and coordinating with insurance partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Position Overview


As the Insurance Office Administrator, you will be the key point of contact for day-to-day office operations and insurance project coordination. You'll support our sales team and project coordinators, manage office administration, and maintain communication between clients, contractors, and insurance companies. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to sales representatives and project coordinators, including scheduling, document preparation, and calendar management. Maintain an organized and professional office environment, including overseeing supplies and merchandise inventory. Coordinate insurance-related projects by liaising with insurance companies, clients, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate processing. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials as needed. Assist with general administrative duties and contribute to special projects as required.

Qualifications



Previous administrative experience, preferably in an office or insurance-related setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor with clients and partners. Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
