Compensation:

General Licensed Team Member:

$50,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $60,000+

General & LLQP Licensed Team Member:

$55,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $70,000+

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with billing, claims, and other inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Provide exceptional customer service through value-driven conversations. Collaborate with a successful and supportive team after completing licensing and training. Stay self-motivated in a role with minimal direct supervision.

Requirements:

A

reliable vehicle

Clean credit history

(no items in collections, no bankruptcy in the past 7 years). Exceptional

interpersonal

communication skills

(verbal, written, and listening). Ability to

problem-solve proactively
