About the Role



As the Customer Service Representative, you'll play an integral part in delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting insurance advisors, and ensuring the smooth operation of front-line services, from motor vehicle licensing to policy processing and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Client Experience

Managing inbound calls, mail, and email inquiries with professionalism and care. Greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming experience.
Service Delivery

Serving as the primary contact for Motor Vehicle licensing services. Writing Auto insurance policies with attention to detail and compliance. Supporting personal lines insurance advisors with servicing their block of business.
Operational Admin

Maintaining accurate records in the Broker Management System. Handling supply ordering and bank deposits.

Qualifications



Strong commitment to customer care with excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Professional and respectful communication skills; able to work well with diverse personalities. Self-motivated and accountable, comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility to travel between branch locations as required. Genuine interest in learning and professional development.
Experience: (considered an asset, but not required)

Motor Vehicle License issuing experience. Possession of a Restricted Auto License or CAIB 1 Broker License.
