We are seeking a

Personal Lines Insurance Client Care Representative

to support our clients with their home, auto, and personal insurance needs. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and enjoys building long-term relationships while delivering exceptional service.

You will be a key point of contact for existing clients, providing day-to-day service and ensuring their insurance coverage remains accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Provide service and support to personal lines clients (home, auto, tenant, condo, etc.) Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and client portals in a timely and professional manner Liaise with insurance carriers to obtain information, quotes, and documentation Maintain accurate and complete client files within the broker management system Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Support retention by delivering proactive, reliable, and friendly service

Qualifications

Previous personal lines insurance experience preferred Active personal lines insurance license or willingness to obtain one Experience in customer service, administration, or insurance is an asset Familiarity with broker management systems is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
