Responsibilities:
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers
- Utilize strong sales administration skills to manage client accounts effectively
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with insurance carriers
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is beneficial
- Ability to analyze client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates for clients
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse client interactions
