BIG Opportunity: Insurance Broker / Producer

We're seeking an Insurance Broker or Insurance Producer with a passion for sales and client service to join our Etobicoke office. This role is perfect for individuals with a proven sales background, strong lead generation skills, and a desire to build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through personal networks, Centers of Influence, and lead generation activities.

Sell and cross-sell a range of Home, Auto, and Commercial Insurance Products.

Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance coverage and solutions.

Continuously build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Identify and solve client insurance challenges with a consultative approach.

Follow-up and coordinate with client leads, ensuring timely responses and proactive service.

Adhere to underwriting criteria provided by our market partners.

Work within a flexible, hybrid model (office or remote).

Qualifications & Attributes:

RIBO/OTL Licensed (required)

Proven experience in insurance sales, lead generation, and building referral networks.

Strong sales focus with a history of closing deals and meeting targets.

Customer-focused with an ability to develop personalized insurance solutions.

Independent, ambitious, and competitive with a drive to succeed.

Comfortable multitasking and handling leads from multiple sources.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a dynamic, results-driven workplace.
