Duties

Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. General duties of a professional insurance broker Comparing the coverage of different insurers to get the client the best rates and conditions in an unbiased manner and make recommendations Process client payments and inquiries Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals Deliver excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

RIBO licensed for minimum two years with experience Must be able to physically work in our Perth office - please do not apply if you cannot Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
