We are looking for an Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Ottawa (Rockland or Orleans office).

Responsibilities:

Manage large portfolio of clients ensuring client success and retention Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns by phone and email of an existing book of business Thorough policy reviews and renewal conversations to ensure client is realizing their best options Accurate and timely workflow completion while ensuring client confidentiality
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years industry related experience Licensed designation required (RIBO) Good knowledge of insurance carrier products, services and systems Good knowledge Applied EPIC, Policy Works and Microsoft suite of products Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Effective time management and organizational skills Customer focused and service oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills - French and English an asset
