We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on insurance products, helping them to assess their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.
Responsibilities
Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and coverage details.
Market insurance products through various channels including telemarketing and networking.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay informed about industry changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
RIBO License
Applied Rating Quote system & Power Broker
Minimum one year of Insurance experience
Pay:
New Business commission + Renewal Business commission + Year End Bonus
