We are an established, full service Insurance Brokerage with opportunities in multiple locations.
Provide excellent service to our existing policyholders by responding to inquiries, providing guidance, conducting renewal reviews, processing endorsements and new submissions.
Ensure prompt and timely follow-up with client requests.
Efficiently input data into broker management systems.
Document and report claim information from clients and manage resolution processes.
Maintain and possess knowledge of industry and good underwriting practices.
Communicate professionally with underwriters.
Must have RIBO License
