Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice, and facilitating the purchase of insurance policies that meet their needs. As an Insurance Broker, you will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products. Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. Assist clients in completing applications and processing necessary documentation for policy issuance. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes. Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting policy reviews.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during policy discussions. Proficient analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Background in customer service with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
Must have a General Level One Insurance License, or be willing to obtain within 30 days.
