As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in the insurance industry by connecting clients with the most suitable insurance policies to meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes and processing applications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering post-sales support
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Utilize retail sales techniques to effectively communicate policy details and benefits
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products
