Insurance Producer (Commission-Only | Build Your Own Book)
We're a growing insurance brokerage looking for producers who want
full control of their income
and are willing tobuild their own pipeline
.This is a
commission-only role
. Most of your business will come fromyour own leads and network
. We'll supplement where it makes sense, but this is not a "sit and wait for leads" job.You'll be a good fit if you:
Are hungry and self-motivated Know how to generate your own leads (or want to learn fast) Are comfortable grinding without being micromanaged Want to build a real, long-term book of business
