We are currently seeking a

Insurance Broker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in insurance products and exceptional customer service skills to help clients find the right insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves working closely with clients, assessing risk, and recommending appropriate coverage options to protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' needs and provide personalized insurance advice on a wide range of products, including auto, home, life, travel, and commercial insurance. Evaluate risk, determine premium quotes, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

A valid RIBO/OTL license is an asset but not required Candidates without a license are welcome to apply --

Strong communication and client service skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
