Insurance Broker (Commercial, Personal & Farm)Location: Didsbury, Alberta (In Office Position)Reference: Job #70392Opportunity:Our client, a well established insurance brokerage in Canada. They are looking to add an Insurance Broker to their team who has experience with a general book of business. The firm thrives on client retention and the main priority is to retain their existing clients. Ideally, the candidate should have commercial, personal, and be interested in learning farm insurance. Work in a welcoming environment of a family run business who prides themselves on small town service, experienced staff, and competitive pricing.Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Client focused team player.
- Proficient working in a fast-paced environment.
- Level 2 General Insurance License (Open to level 1 with expectations to achieve Level 2)
- Willingness to learn farm Insurance
- Computer savvy with learning and operating new systems.
- No sales pressure
- Main priority is to manage book of existing clients (General Book)
- Above and beyond customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective prioritization
- Ability to work as equally effectively independently and within a team
- In office position
- In bound leads and word of mouth
