Job Description
We are currently recruiting a RIBO (Registered Insurance Bureau of Ontario) licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 1 year experience, preferably 3 or more.
MUST HAVE RIBO license.
The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and organisational skills, be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast paced insurance brokerage. Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communications skills are an asset. Experience with Powerbroker BMS and Applied Rating Services, along with full knowledge of carrier portals is beneficial. Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Word is an asset. This full-time position is on-site.
Responsibilities:
Sales and service of new and existing personal lines business
Annually review renewals and remarket when applicable to support customer retention
Report claims and follow-up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction
Cross-sell and up-sell applicable coverages and seek referrals from clients
Enter all transactions in company portals
Keep up-to-date with company underwriting guidelines
Other responsibilities, as assigned

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
