Primary Duties:
Assessing clients' individual needs and obtaining quotes
Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on insurance products and service
Comparing the coverage of different insurers to get the client the best rates and conditions in an unbiased manner and make recommendations
Process client payments and inquiries
Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
Deliver excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
RIBO licensed is preferred but will train and help obtain Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license (RIBO)
